Users who participate in our Duck Creator program agree to additional terms regarding the creation, placement, and management of duck locations. Duck Creators must ensure all duck placements comply with local laws and property regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
